Voting: Ministries

I want to start up a government after the President Elections. The President is allowed to make it's own government. My idea is to let the President choose out of the following ministries and the minimum number of ministries he must choose is 4, if we have enough citizens, in the beginning, the rules won't be like this. The maximum number of ministries is all of them:

Ministry of the President, consists of the Country President and a Vice President. Without choosing this option there won't be a Vice President.

Ministry of War, consists of a Minister and a State Secretary, the President can choose if he wants to add the extra function Vice State Secretary to it. Without choosing this option, the President needs to hold control of the army and he needs to give orders for the whole country instead of the minister and state secretary.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs, consists of a Minister and a State Secretary, the President can choose if he wants to add the extra function Vice State Secretary to it. Without choosing this option the President needs to decide which countries are good to work with, diplomatic things, et cetera.

Ministry of Home Affairs, consists of a Minister and a State Secretary, the President can choose if he wants to add the extra function Vice State Secretary to it. Without choosing this option the President needs to do all the things which are related to the Netherlands and what the ministry of Home Affairs normally does.

Ministry of Recruitment, consists of a Minister and a State Secretary, the President can choose if he wants to add the extra function Vice State Secretary to it. Without choosing this option the President needs to recruit people on his own, this is NOT A MUST because this is for volunteers.

Ministry of Economics, consists of a Minister and a State Secretary, the President can choose if he wants to add the extra function Vice State Secretary to it. This ministry is going to advise the government, congress and President about economic affairs, which taxes are needed to be higher, lower, stay the same, et cetera. This ministry works together with the Ministry of Finances. If the President chooses only 1 of these 2 ministries, the ministry which is chosen to be used this term is working together with the President as the ministry which is not chosen. If the President doesn't choose this ministry, the government needs to do this on their own.

Ministry of Finances, consists of a Minister and a State Secretary, the President can choose if he wants to add the extra function Vice State Secretary to it. This ministry is saving the finances history of our country and is alarming the rest of the government when the available amount of money is runnig low, or when we can use some more. If the President doesn't choose this ministry, the government needs to do this on their own. Read also: Ministry of Economics.

Ministry of Education and Culture, consists of a Minister and a State Secretary, the President can choose if he wants to add the extra function Vice State Secretary to it. This ministry is used for all the "fun-events", and things like weekly articles for entertainment. This ministry also makes tutorials for new players and makes ideas which are related to education and culture. It would be great if this ministry works together with the Ministry of Recruitment. But this is an extra option.

Ministry of Wiki, consists of 1-3 people which are updating wikipages which are important for the Netherlands or recognized as official by the government of our country. Without this ministry the people need to do this on their own, unofficial.

Ministry of Advisors, consists of 1-3 advisors which are advising the government and Country President.

Ministry of IRC, consists of 1-4 people which are having a document with all IRC Channels related to e-Sim:

all of the official Dutch IRC Channels and all the public channels of other countries. This ministry also updates this list every week. When the President doesn't choose this option this list won't be updated and will be outdated.

EDIT: The President is allowed to make a ministry with only 1 minister and no more state secretaries in it.

This is just too much and too specialized... This way we will have every single eNL citizen working for the government... We only have +30 citizens, we can never fill this much positions.

We need 5 ministries, the basic ones are Home Affairs, War, Foreign Affairs, et cetera. The president can do some things on his own, so we don't need all of them. I can edit it to 4, and the president can give more tasks to ministries. I will edit the plan a bit!

I think you are going a bit to fast now.

We have barely any citizens.

When we become big(ger) we can start talking about which ministeries to create. For now a MoF and MoD is enough

New proposal proposed, everyone can vote again! Changes:

- Minimum is 4 instead of 5
- The minimum 4 rule is not active, we will hold another vote when it's the right moment to make it active. So, minimum is 2 until the minimum 4 rule turns into active.
- The President can choose for state secretaries, only ministers is allowed too.

If we are going on the whole state companies tour, it is worth to include a ministry of raws as well, to travel the world and gather cheap resources.
